Princess Celestia puppet WIP

It took me 3 days. But ... all that have this puppet at the moment - the parts that you see. I couldn't even make the head spin smoothly. I obviously need help.
I'm still thinking about open access. I guess I will not give a model for public use. Or will.

2019 UPDATE
 Okay, as you're already understood, there won't be an open access for the puppet. I don't think there's a need after so much time.
 It was upgraded by BrutalWeather some time ago (mouths, mane, tail, etc), so he can use it. I also remember giving this puppet to ILoveKP team, can't say I'm happy with that. 
 And, yes, there is nothing wrong with head only because it isn't rotates smoothly.
